Setting Sales

The Dallas high-rise market is growing quickly. Last year, there was a 36.4% increase in the number of units sold and a 49.6% increase in volume. In other words, these skyward homes are selling fast.

You could call this stunning high-rise home.
Luxury high rises such as Museum Tower are attracting homeowners excited about living in a walkable neighborhood close to fine dining, entertainment, art venues and Klyde Warren Park, our popular “backyard.”

As this market grows, more and more people are seeing the opportunity and considering leaving their large homes that constantly need maintenance. If you’re intrigued with the idea of high rise living, now’s the time to act as this trend is only expected to become more popular.

As of now, 30% of Museum Tower has been sold, and sales are currently exceeding projections. So if you’re interested in being at the center of Dallas, contact a sales representative today and schedule a private tour.

Taking Service Into Overdrive

Museum Tower's concierge, valet and private car
are services that make your life easier.
Museum Tower offers a wide range of services to suit your unique interests and needs. Along with the day-to-day services, we offer some more exclusive advantages like our custom car care.

Every Friday, or upon request, we offer onsite car detailing. You can even arrange to have your car picked up and serviced.

Yet while you may love your car, there are times when you would prefer to not drive. That’s when you call for the house car service. Our Lincoln Navigator can take you wherever you like morning, noon or night. Whether you’re grabbing dinner at a local restaurant or taking a trip to the symphony, you won’t have to deal with driving or parking.

These extended car services are just a few of the benefits our homeowners enjoy. To learn about the full range of services we offer, contact a sales representative and schedule a private tour.

Dinner With a View

World-class chef Kent Rathbun on the Terrace Lounge at
Museum Tower Dallas.
Recently, we invited world-class chef Kent Rathbun to hold a cooking demonstration on our Terrace Lounge for all our homeowners and their guests.

With the setting sun as his backdrop, Mr. Rathbun taught a full crowd to make his famous lobster shooters. Immediately following the demonstration, the group was led to the 19th story to enjoy a seated dinner prepared by Rathbun’s team.

Every bite tasted better than the one before it and by the end of the evening, everyone at the event had a full stomach and even fuller smile.

A Monthly Music Festival in Klyde Warren Park

Major music festivals with mainstream musicians and DJs are popping up all over the nation, North Texas included. But right across from Museum Tower at Klyde Warren Park, creative organizers are orchestrating a promising music festival much different from the rest: Decks in the Park.

Park Views and Modern Cuisine

For Museum Tower residents, dreamy dining experiences with tranquil, naturalistic views and progressive dishes are just a stroll way at Lark on the Park and Savor.

Fascinating chalk art from local artists adorns the walls inside Lark on the Park.

Lark on the Park is perched on the edge of downtown Dallas, facing the northern corner of Klyde Warren Park. From the tree-lined patio seating, patrons can effortlessly gaze at a comprehensive visual of the 5.2-acre urban green space just across the street. Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows, rich earth tones, an open kitchen and striking chalkboard illustrations construct a contemporary ambiance that raises a glass of Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé to local Dallas artists.

As adventurous travelers for both business and leisure, Museum Tower residents have a particular fondness for the way that chefs Melody Bishop and Dennis Kelley create globally influenced flavors with seasonal ingredients. From the bright salads to the Hamachi Crudo and Braised Lamb Shank, creamy avocado, refreshing vinaigrettes, crisp citrus and nutrient-rich nuts are shared elements on its spring menu. Savory sandwiches with house-made potato chips comprise most of the lunch and afternoon offerings. Dinner brings a broader selection of entrées like the delicately seared Moo Krob and the flavorful Grilled Texas Hanger Steak that is served with indulgent blue cheese butter.

Located in the heart of the park, Savor is the official restaurant of Klyde Warren Park. A glass house structure with outdoor seating surrounding three sides, Savor delights patrons with dazzling panoramic views day and night. The barely there, minimalist interior accents succeed in complementing the airy atmosphere.

Savor is a modern gastropub. Here, select wines are served on tap, and chef John Coleman adds colorful sophistication to the familiar comforts of pub fare plates. Deviled eggs get an irresistible pop of flavor with pepper relish and spiced pecan brittle, fresh apple slaw and tomato jam dress up lunchtime sandwiches and decadent Aged Cheddar Mac accompanies the tender Braised Short Rib dinner entrée. Perhaps inspired by the jovial children who visit the park, Savor’s dessert menu is especially playful with offerings like the Oooey Gooey German Chocolate Cake and the Pop Tart, a flaky turnover filled with fresh apple, goat cheese and honey.

Both Lark on the Park and Savor deliver a fantastic sensory experience to the urban sophisticate. The only challenge is, What will you order?

Poolside Service

Now that summer has finally arrived, homeowners are taking advantage of Museum Tower’s 80-foot swimming pool and cabanas. Plus, with a pool butler and full pool menu, residents can keep enjoying the sun without having to take a break for lunch.

Museum Tower Dallas Selects: Where to Watch the Belmont Stakes

The minds superstitious thinkers are running wild with meticulously drawn connections about the 3-5 favorite and Triple Crown hopeful, California Chrome.

The 2014 Kentucky Derby and Preakness winner drew the No. 2 post for Saturday's race. It just so happens that Secretariat, the legendary 1973 Triple Crown winner, drew this same post position to win the Belmont Stakes and set a track record that has yet to be broken.

It was also pointed out that 20 of the Belmont’s winners had a name beginning with the letter C. Two of them were Triple Crown winners.

Here’s where Museum Tower's horse racing fans can watch the run for history -- in style and luxury, of course:

Al Biernat's Filet Mignon
Al Biernat's

Want a safe bet on an amazing experience, no matter the outcome of the race? Residents, hop in the private Museum Tower car and let it take you to Al Biernat’s.

Enjoy complimentary appetizers provided by Crown Royal 75th Anniversary Monarch, sip on the finest Pinot and feel pure satisfaction as you glide your knife through a tender 10-ounce Wagyu-Angus filet mignon cooked exactly how you want it.

Al Biernat’s is known for luring the who’s who of Dallas. It’s certainly top-of-the-mind choice amongst our residents.
