Klyde Warren Park poised as finalist for Urban Open Space Award

Klyde Warren Park could have more cause for applause when its two-year anniversary comes around in late October. The 5.2-acre park, located adjacent from Museum Tower Dallas, may just celebrate the fresh win of a national award, too.

Meticulously selected by a panel of international experts, Klyde Warren Park is a finalist for the Urban Land Institute's Urban Open Space Award. The winner will be announced during the ULI Fall Meeting, set to commence October 21-23 in New York City.

The Urban Open Space Award aims to both recognize and reward a public space based on its urban design and architecture. Though key components of criterion are how each public destination has enriched and revitalized its surrounding community.

With a host of many free activities each week, Klyde Warren Park attracts thousands of visitors of all ages. Go up in flight to see a day well spent at Klyde Warren Park with this video commemoration presented by CBRE executive vice president Phil Puckett
