Dutch conductor Jaap van Zweden leads the Dallas Symphony Orchestra through two works of French composer, Maurice Ravel. 

The performance first opens with Ravel's Daphnis et Chloe, which is based on an ancient tale by Greek romancer Longus.

Travel along Cedar Springs Road on your morning commute? Uptown Dallas, Inc. crossed major construction and landscape installation along Cedar Springs Road off its project list. Soon you’ll be able to stop and smell the flowers. Uptown Dallas is now focused on planting bright, seasonal color beds in designated areas on March 15 as part of the streetscape makeover plan.

Friday, February 21 @ 8 p.m.

The Dallas Symphony Orchestra proudly celebrates the 200th anniversary of Requiem, a choral masterpiece originally composed by Italian Romantic composer Giuseppe Verdi. Maestro Jaap van Zweden will lead the symphony, chorus and soloists in this majestic performance.

The first performance is slated for 8 p.m. on Thursday, February 20. Your last chance to experience this highly artistic piece will be at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 23.

What event could be better for Museum Tower residents than one that celebrates both wellness and Dallas architecture?

Just as the iconic Dallas skyline represents some of the world's best architecture, the Dallas Center for Architecture has designed one of Dallas' best 5K events to showcase some of the city's most impressive architectural icons.

The increasingly popular, the DCFA Form Follows Fitness 5K will take place Saturday, February 22 at 9:00AM

A romantic Valentine’s Day is a step away from Museum Tower. From 6:30 p.m. – 10 p.m. on Friday, February 14, Klyde Warren Park will be your place for a dreamy evening of dining, dancing and crisp champagne for you and your sweetheart.

From food trucks to restaurants, there are great options nearby for whatever delicious fare you fancy. After dinner, lead your lover to the roomy, outdoor dance floor at Muse Family Performance Pavilion located right across from the Ginsburg Family Great Lawn. Beginning at 7 p.m., music from Mad Men Swing Band will sweep through the air.

With a warmer weekend in the forecast, pet lovers of Museum Tower Dallas make plans to attend My Furry Valentine from 11 a.m.- 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 15.

Conveniently located less than a mile away from Museum Tower at Main Street Garden, this free event will feature dog adoptions and the opportunity to take home free photos of you and your beloved pooch from Longhorn Photo Booth

Be sure to dress up Fido in his best duds for this Valentine’s-themed playdate! Spectacular prizes are up for grabs in a costume contest that will also be held at the event.
