The delightfully simple menu offers hot dogs, burgers, shakes, frozen custard, draft beer from Dallas-based breweries (non-draft beer served as well) and wine.

Where Food Takes Flight

You can’t go wrong with a name like Lark on the Park. The newly opened, urban contemporary restaurant located on the edge of Klyde Warren Park features chefs Dennis Kelly and Melody Bishop, who have flow all the way to Dallas from the renowned hotspot, Tavern, located in Brentwood California.

As much as we love the food truck bonanza and are willing to tolerate long lines in order to get our daily sliders/cupcakes/tacos fix, the idea of a full-service restaurant at our favorite new park is as tempting as the Lark Margarita, a bright concoction of Tequila Cabez, O3, lime juice, orange juice, simple syrup, egg white and a sprits of mescal ….aaahhh!
