Cantoni: Luxury High Rise Living at Museum Tower Dallas

“We wanted this home to feel cozy but allow the flexibility to have a dinner party and seating for a large group. Staying neutral with a pop of color will keep this a classic look for years to come.” - Elizabeth Lewis, Cantoni Dallas Designer

Back in March, we featured Cantoni Dallas designers, Josh De La Fuente and Elizabeth LewisSky Bound Estate at Museum Tower. The stunning 3,000 square foot unit, which the dynamic duo transformed into a chic urban oasis serves as a model home for the 42-story luxury residential high-rise building located in the heart of the Dallas Arts District.

Josh and Elizabeth must have done something right, because soon after their model home debuted, they received an email from a couple wanting to hire the duo to design their new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home featuring two outdoor terraces at Museum Tower. Naturally Josh and Elizabeth were thrilled! Not only were they extremely familiar with Museum Tower’s floor plans, but they were also excited to receive the opportunity to help furnish another residence in the luxury high-rise.

“Our clients needed just about everything, from furniture, to lighting, to art, to accessories, and bedding. The design goal was to create a clean and modern home that was warm and inviting. In order to achieve that modern look that still exuded warmth, Elizabeth and I selected a neutral color scheme featuring warm taupes with wood materials and pops of soft green and yellow tones contrasted with dramatic light fixtures and bold art and accessories.” - Josh De La Fuente, Cantoni Dallas Designer

Take a look at the pictures below to explore the luxury high rise’s stunning interiors!

Interested in units at Museum Tower? Schedule an appointment or learn more about the gorgeous residences here. You can also find the home tour of Josh and Elizabeth’s first design project at Museum Tower here: Sky Bound Estate at Museum Tower or to take a look at all of the dynamic duo’s design projects at Cantoni, click here!

What was your idea behind the design for each of the bedrooms?
In the master bedroom, we began by addressing the feature wall. We fabricated a custom folding screen in an indigo blue linen fabric that spans the entire wall. We then added an allover patterned fabric to the headboard and base of the bed. The desk and night table were custom made and include indigo blue black painted glass insets. We finished off the space with a swivel chair to enjoy the views.

To maximize seating, we incorporated a custom 10’ long sofa and three pairs of chairs, all vintage. We added custom round tables on either side of the sofa, along with sculptural Brutalist lamps and four coffee tables custom made to fit the space.
