Dallas Gets Street Style Thai

It's impossible to deny, Dallas has an abundance of restaurants including the ever popular Tex-Mex, classic steakhouses and hip bar and grills. While surrounded by some of the best restaurants Dallas has to offer, Museum Tower residents are always excited to try new cuisines.

Providing that chance is Dallas Chef Paul Singhapong with his new restaurant, Crush Craft, opening in December in the Quadrangle in the old Baker Bros American Deli location.  It's just minutes away from Museum Tower.

Catering to both adventurous and late-night diners, Crush Craft will serve dishes similar to Thai street food.  Rice and noodle dishes, curries, satay, a signature papaya salad will entice diners and keep their wallets full.

Hovering around $8, dishes will come with low prices, like they do on the streets of Bangkok, while being expertly crafted and served. The restaurant will stay open until 3:00 or 4:00AM to beat late-night munchies.
