World renowned Chef Darren McGrady recently accepted the invitation to cook a few of his finest dishes exclusively for Museum Tower residents.
As the former personal chef to Queen Elizabeth II, Princess Diana, Prince William and Prince Harry for 15 years, Chef McGrady had plenty of warm recollections and anecdotes about the royal family to share with the full room of Museum Tower homeowners.
Delicious hors d’oeuvres and small plates enjoyed throughout the evening included:
Pulled Pork on Blue Corn Pancakes with Jalapeno Cream Cheese and Peach Chutney
Pannonia Ham and Gruyere Croques Monsieur
Smoked Salmon and Horseradish Lollipops

Why should this cultural celebration be limited to May 5? This happy hour party will feature Mexican delicacies by Mesero and an exclusive tequila tasting.
