The highly anticipated extension of the M-Line Trolley is finally opening this weekend and the city is celebrating! With new access points now along Olive Street and Klyde Warren Park, residents of Museum Tower Dallas have never been closer to the historic and beloved streetcar. The neighborhood has come together to bring downtown dwellers a one-of-a-kind experience to mark the opening of the M-Line Trolley extension. With festivities stretching from The Rustic to Klyde Warren Park, participants can hop on the trolley at any point along the route and enjoy a free ride in the beautiful weather. Do good and feel good this weekend with the Second-Annual Voly in the Park, beginning this Saturday at noon at Klyde Warren Park. Step outside the front doors of Museum Tower Dallas and find yourself instantly immersed in the diverse cultural celebrations and festivities that Volunteer Now has prepared to honor the work of non-profits and volunteers. With over 70 non-profits participating, and hands-on volunteer projects occurring throughout the day, you are sure to find a cause that resonates with you. In addition to the non-profits being showcased, the four hour festival is filled with a line-up of live musical performances, a Bollywood dance show and even promises an appearance by the Dallas Zoo.
