Lark on the Park is perched on the edge of downtown Dallas, facing the northern corner of
Klyde Warren Park. From the tree-lined patio seating, patrons can effortlessly gaze at a comprehensive visual of the 5.2-acre urban green space just across the street. Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows, rich earth tones, an open kitchen and striking chalkboard illustrations construct a contemporary ambiance that raises a glass of
Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé to local Dallas artists.
As adventurous travelers for both business and leisure,
Museum Tower residents have a particular fondness for the way that
chefs Melody Bishop and Dennis Kelley create globally influenced flavors with seasonal ingredients. From the bright salads to the Hamachi Crudo and Braised Lamb Shank, creamy avocado, refreshing vinaigrettes, crisp citrus and nutrient-rich nuts are shared elements on its spring menu. Savory sandwiches with house-made potato chips comprise most of the lunch and afternoon offerings. Dinner brings a broader selection of entrées like the delicately seared Moo Krob and the flavorful Grilled Texas Hanger Steak that is served with indulgent blue cheese butter.

Located in the heart of the park,
Savor is the official restaurant of
Klyde Warren Park. A glass house structure with outdoor seating surrounding three sides,
Savor delights patrons with dazzling panoramic views day and night. The barely there, minimalist interior accents succeed in complementing the airy atmosphere.
Savor is a modern gastropub. Here, select wines are served on tap, and
chef John Coleman adds colorful sophistication to the familiar comforts of pub fare plates. Deviled eggs get an irresistible pop of flavor with pepper relish and spiced pecan brittle, fresh apple slaw and tomato jam dress up lunchtime sandwiches and decadent Aged Cheddar Mac accompanies the tender Braised Short Rib dinner entrée. Perhaps inspired by the jovial children who visit the park,
Savor’s dessert menu is especially playful with offerings like the Oooey Gooey German Chocolate Cake and the Pop Tart, a flaky turnover filled with fresh apple, goat cheese and honey.
Both
Lark on the Park and
Savor deliver a fantastic sensory experience to the urban sophisticate. The only challenge is,
What will you order?
