Dinner With a View

World-class chef Kent Rathbun on the Terrace Lounge at
Museum Tower Dallas. 

Recently, we invited world-class chef Kent Rathbun to hold a cooking demonstration on our Terrace Lounge for all our homeowners and their guests.

With the setting sun as his backdrop, Mr. Rathbun taught a full crowd to make his famous lobster shooters. Immediately following the demonstration, the group was led to the 19^th story to enjoy a seated dinner prepared by Rathbun’s team.

Every bite tasted better than the one before it and by the end of the evening, everyone at the event had a full stomach and even fuller smile.
