With the setting sun as his backdrop, Mr. Rathbun taught a
full crowd to make his famous lobster shooters. Immediately following the
demonstration, the group was led to the 19th story to enjoy a seated
dinner prepared by Rathbun’s team.
Every bite tasted better than the one
before it and by the end of the evening, everyone at the event had a full
stomach and even fuller smile.
